The Debate – Saudi Yemen War Anniversary

Two years of wanton violence and bloodshed, thousands of deaths and millions of people desperate for their basic rights to food, water, health and security – enough is enough.” That is how the UN High Commissioner described the situation in Yemen as the Saudi war on the country enters its third year. Two years since the launch of the Saudi aggression, the kingdom seems to be stuck in a quagmire without having achieved any of its stated objectives, with Yemenis paying the price. So as Yemenis mark this solemn occasion, on this edition of The Debate
