Hundreds of Syrians including civilians have been killed in a US led coalition airstrike targeting Daesh terrorists’ stronghold in the eastern province of Deir al-Zor. According to a Syrian army statement, the airstrike hit a poison gas supply belonging to the Daesh terrorist group. It says that a toxic substance released after the attack causing deaths. The Syrian army says the incident proves that Deash Takfiri terrorists possess chemical weapons. The incident comes about a week after the United States fired cruise missiles at a Syrian airbase in response to a suspected gas attack in Idlib province. Washington has accused the Syrian government of using chemical weapons which Damascus vehemently denies. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons has already confirmed that Syria had completely destroyed its stockpile in 2014.
