Latest reports from Syria say more than half of those killed in the bombing near an evacuee convoy on the outskirts of Aleppo were children.
The so-called Syrian Observatory for human rights says at least 68 children were among those killed in the blast in the militant-held Rashideen area. The death toll from the car bombing has risen to 126,with more fatalities feared as some two-hundred people have been injured. Latest reports from Syria suggest that evacuations from four besieged Syrian towns are expected to continue following a brief halt on Saturday. Over three-thousand civilians are due to leave Fu’ah and Kafriya as part of a deal between the government and foreign-backed militants. In exchange, some two-hundred people, most of them militants will be evacuated from Zabadani and Madaya.
